Here are a few questions I’ve been asked recently about article marketing and I figured a few people probably had the same ones so why not do a post about it.
Does Article Marketing Work?
The Short answer is yes I have launched all my programs using article marketing and made sales in over 150 different affiliate programs using articles.
How Do I Get The Best Results?
The secret to article marketing is to identify a problem or need in the niche and use the article to offer solutions to that problem. By having a call to action inside the content and a link in the resource box you can then get traffic from people that are interested in your product or niche. The other part of the equation is to get your content in as many places as you can and if possible have as much unique articles targeting a different assortment of keywords.
How long does it take to see results?
The quickest I,ve made a sale using article marketing that I’m aware of is inside 2 hours from submitting it.
Automated or manual submission which is best?
To start off with I recommend manual submission some sites have others features you would not be aware of unless you explore the site, these include adding twitter, rss feeds of your submissions, post to social sites etc. Everything you can do to get more people reading your articles will increase your sales. Once your familiar with the different sites it is critical to use some software to automate the processes of not only writing but submission as well as manual submission can take weeks and most people give up or can’t submit the volume needed to generate serious sales.
Which are the best sites to use?
High traffic volume for a start but the more sites you can put your content on the more traffic you will get. I use article marketing in several formats.

Sales Articles (reviews, product feature benefit selling) to web 2.0 properties such as blogger, squidoo, hubpages
Which tools are the best to automate my article marketing?

Using Plr Articles is it a waste of time?
